Currie Minis Festival of Rugby

Despite almost biblical weather around 400 Minis braved the conditions at Malleny Park for the annual Chieftains Festival on Sunday 29th March.
This year we had touring visitors from Manchester as well as our Borders friends from Jed, Hawick and Biggar together with some more local clubs.
We also had a visit from the Doddie Weir Cup (on temporary loan from Wales, according to Andy Jones) and guest of honour Scotland and Glasgow's Jamie Dobie. Despite the weather some great rugby and a fun day was had by all.
Thanks for everyone who helped to make today a success from Nicola as lead to all the team managers, volunteer helpers, and the coaches.
Below are some photos from the event
