ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Dear Members,

The 9th Annual General Meeting of Currie Rugby Football Club Ltd will be held at 7.00pm on Wednesday 19th August 2026 in the Clubhouse. The AGM will cover season the 2025-26 season and a look to the future.

All voting members i.e. Honorary, Life, Ordinary, Senior Ordinary, Family Ordinary and Student are invited to attend. All other adult members and parents/guardians of youth members are also welcome to attend, but restrictions apply as to their voting in the meeting.

Nomination forms for the position of Director of Currie RFC Ltd are available from the Secretary (details below). The form can be used to nominate that person for the position of President or Chairman or Secretary or Finance Director of the Club. Forms should be returned to the Secretary before 5pm on 5th August 2026. One current Board member is not seeking re-election to the Board, Ivor Santer (Director). Nominees for any of these positions must be voting members of the Club.

In addition, nomination forms for the positions of Vice President (two posts on the Management Committee), one of which will represent the Youth Section, are also available from the Secretary (details below). The form must be completed and returned to the Secretary by 5pm on 5th August 2026. Nominees for these positions must be voting members of the Club.

The agenda for the meeting, a list of nominated Directors and those seeking the Vice Presidents posts will be e-mailed to you no later than 12th August 2026.
